Comparison

ConverseWith vs DoubleTick

DoubleTick is a WhatsApp Business API inbox with broadcasts and an AI agent trained on your own material. Its current pricing page describes the agent and the support on each tier. It did not print a rupee plan price in the page text on this check, so this comparison does not invent one.

Message rates

ConverseWith

Separate. Meta’s India list rate from 1 October 2026 is ₹0.8631 marketing and ₹0.1150 utility, authentication, and service. The first 1,000 service messages a month are not charged.

DoubleTick

DoubleTick’s docs say Meta’s rate changes apply on the platform, including service messages from 1 October 2026 and the 1,000 free service messages per number. The live country table is their conversation-cost page. This check did not copy a row from it.

Support lines and the AI-agent description are from doubletick.io/pricing. The October 2026 rate note is from DoubleTick’s pricing changelog. DoubleTick is their name. Confirm the plan fee on the pricing page before you decide.

ConverseWith books a listed visit or a callback. It does not give medical advice, and it does not recommend an insurance policy. The reply window and the message-cost sketch use the same WhatsApp rules for every tool on this page.

Questions

Why is there no DoubleTick price on this page?

The pricing page described the product and did not show a rupee amount in the text we could quote. Publishing a price from another site would risk a stale number. The link on this page goes to DoubleTick’s own pricing.

Does DoubleTick use Meta’s message rates?

Their changelog says Meta’s updates apply automatically, including the 1 October 2026 change that charges service messages after 1,000 a month on each business number. The country table they tell customers to use is doubletick.io/conversation-cost.

Which support level matches a dedicated manager?

On DoubleTick, the dedicated account manager is the Enterprise description. On ConverseWith, the dedicated account manager is also Enterprise. Professional is priority support, not a named manager.
