ConverseWith is a subscription-based software service. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued.
2. Free Trial
- 14-day free trial with full access
- No credit card required
- Cancel anytime during the trial
- Evaluate before committing
3. Paid Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
4. Exceptions
- Service downtime exceeding 7 consecutive days
- Incorrect or duplicate billing
- Failed migration within first 7 days
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email us with:
- Registered email
- Account details
- Reason for request
- Supporting information (if applicable)
Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
6. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard
- Access continues until billing cycle ends
- No future charges after cancellation
- You can restart anytime
7. Plan Changes
Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for plan differences.
