1. Overview

ConverseWith is a subscription-based software service. This policy outlines when refunds may be issued.

2. Free Trial

  • 14-day free trial with full access
  • No credit card required
  • Cancel anytime during the trial
  • Evaluate before committing

3. Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.

4. Exceptions

  • Service downtime exceeding 7 consecutive days
  • Incorrect or duplicate billing
  • Failed migration within first 7 days

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us with:

  • Registered email
  • Account details
  • Reason for request
  • Supporting information (if applicable)

Requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

6. Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your dashboard
  • Access continues until billing cycle ends
  • No future charges after cancellation
  • You can restart anytime

7. Plan Changes

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for plan differences.
